Lowest Adult Weight

Sorry for this long post in advance:

I’m currently at the lowest weight in my adult life. I feel incredible. I’m not just thinner I am more fit, which makes a huge difference. Here’s a weight journey breakdown for those interested. It takes you from the picture on the left to the right.

  • December 4th, 2010: 400 lbs, at least. It’s hard for me to say for certain. I was on a scale that went up to 400lbs and I buried the needle.
  • February 9th, 2019: 260.6 lbs, last time I tried to lose weight this was my goal to get me out of being labeled morbidly obese.
  • October 14th, 2020: 360 lbs, roughly 60 pounds of water weight added because of kidney failure caused from a rare sudden disease called Goodpasture’s Disease or Anti-GBM
  • February 14th, 2023: Quit Smoking
  • March 2nd, 2023: 291 lbs
  • May 23rd, 2024: Kidney Transplant
  • May 28th, 2024: 304.1 lbs, taken at discharge from hospital after Kidney Transplant
  • July 12th, 2024: Medically allowed to start light workouts. I may have pushed this a little. Got a personal trainer and got to work.
  • January 29th, 2024: 260.3 lbs, lowest adult weight.

I’m not sure where to go from here cause it’s uncharted territory. My current goal is 220, but that might change as I see the changes along the way.

One part of me thinks it might be cool to get to 200 and make it a 200 lb weight loss, but I’m not sure LOL. But we’ll find out.
